I'm choosing and combining different approaches and techniques to make the psychotherapy suit the client's needs.
I use mostly:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is an evidence based approach that helps individuals identify and change negative thoughts and behaviors, bringing positive mental health and life changes.
-The Psychodynamic approach
focuses on exploring unconscious thoughts and past experiences to understand and address present emotions and behaviors.
- Hypnosis
is a one of psychotherapy techniques involving deep relaxation and focused attention. It used to access the subconscious mind for achieving client's goals such as stress relief, alleviating pain, and personal growth.
Usually a client comes to the sessions once a week and we are talking. The length of the session is usually one hour. The length of the therapy can vary, depending on a client's needs.
Sometimes the sessions include hypnosis. During those sessions I'm recording the hypnotic suggestion and a client is listening to it at home several times a week.
All sessions are confidential and conducted with the utmost respect for your privacy and professional ethical standards .
Hypnosis is a therapeutic technique that involves inducing a heightened state of relaxation and focused attention, allowing individuals to access their subconscious mind more readily. In this state, people are more open to suggestion and can explore and address deep-seated beliefs, emotions, and memories. Hypnosis can be used in therapy to help clients overcome various challenges, such as managing stress, reducing anxiety, overcoming phobias, and even alleviating symptoms of certain medical conditions.
It's important to note that hypnosis is a collaborative process between the therapist and client, and individuals cannot be made to do anything against their will while under hypnosis. Additionally, hypnosis is not a form of mind control or a magical cure-all, but a valuable tool that can facilitate positive change and personal growth."
